VidLogo is a simple application that allows you to add a logo (like a company mark, your own logo, some text, etc.) to your videos of different formats like AVI, ASF, WMV, DivX, XVid, 3ivx, and MP4. Logos can be JPEG and BMP images, video files, or plain text.
This program can also convert video to AVI, trim by setting start and end points on a timeline, allowing you to convert a clip or segment of your movie, and saves the resulting files to common formats like Windows Media Video, MPEG, or AVI. It lets you configure various output settings like codec, width, height, frame rate, audio codec and format.

VidLogo presents a clean and easy-to-use interface with a small preview screen, and basic tools. It can't edit output video, add effects or change a color scheme, but it is a good option if you only need to add some advanced watermarks to your clips. If you want to test this software, a free trial is available for downloading.
